| El Golfo's Talcahuano Filleting and Freezing plant is equipped with the most advanced technology available to the international fishing industry. It processes mainly Gayi Hake and Hoki, as well as other species brought in daily by the company's fleet, such as Orange Roughy, Alfonsino, Pomfret and Kingclip (Conger Eel), turning out loins, centre cuts and fillets. The plant also produces whitefish blocks, to be exported as raw material for the most important seafood companies in the EU, USA and Australia. |
