El Golfo processes gutted raw material (HG and HON) at a third party facility located in Quellón where salmon is taken from raising farms. Salmon plant has two high-technology processing lines which include dynamic weighing both at input and output of production line, automatic filleting and bone removal machines, portioning machine and automatic thermo lamination.

Main products processed are fish fillets in different trims (vacuum packed or not).
